The Mastermind Experience

A structured journey from intention to execution, built on The NetWorkWise WayTM

Phase 1: Foundation Workshops

This kick-off session is critical to: 1) get to know your fellow Mastermind cohort, and 2) prepare to make the most out of your Mastermind experience. The first priority of this workshop is to quickly develop relationships between and among participants using the NetWorkWise Way. Second, Adam Connors will lead an interactive session on how and why the NetWorkWise Way works, and how its values and principles will be used for Mastermind success. Lastly, the group will begin workshopping their personal goals and positioning statements.
This critical session dives deep into the importance of developing a help-first approach to networking. Participants will practice what they learn with each other, and plan for ways to be a ‘giver’ to someone in their own network. Participants will continue to develop personal goals and positioning statements.
This workshop focuses on creating the kind of personal positioning statements that make it easy for people to recommend you for the right kinds of opportunities with the right kinds of people using the NetWorkWise “When Statement” approach. This neuro-linguistic-programming technique is also critical for critical cross-cohort introductions and the accountability labs in Phase 2, and beyond.

Phase 2: Execution & Accountability

Fortune lies in the follow-through and the Accountability Labs are 100% about the follow-through. This lab serves as the kick-off for turning plans into action, sharing final personal roadmaps and “when” statements, and strategies for helping each other achieve their roadmaps.
These sessions are where the magic really happens and results are realized. Each participant reviews mutual efforts, what’s working, what’s not and celebrates successes, with expert tutelage, advice and assistance from Adam Connors.

The Executive Unlock is ideal for Senior Executives seeking ongoing career success. The program provides the playbook, personal roadmap, and a network-of-networks needed to augment your career through board positions, level-up your position or transition to new roles or domains, or pivot to entrepreneurship as a consultant or business owner.

The Mastermind only requires 2 evening hours every other week for workshops. Most days you will also spend some time networking. While that might feel like an extra time commitment, if you really want to improve your future (and since you’ve read this far, you probably do!), then this daily work is something you should be doing even if you’re not in the Mastermind. If you don’t change your daily habits, then you can’t expect different results.

The in-person workshops will be in a convenient midtown Manhattan restaurant and include food and beverages.

Unlocking Your Next Role will feature Dr. Dawn Graham, PhD, author of the book Switchers and renowned lecturer on Corporate Psychology at top-tier graduate business schools. Unlocking Board Seats will feature Nancy May, Founder and CEO of Board Bench, and a highly sought authority on board composition, continuity and recruiting. Unlocking Entrepreneurship will feature a panel of successful entrepreneurs and business brokers and funders.
At both the mastermind and the seminars, you will begin to form relationships with other participants, each of whom bring their own network of friends, colleagues, professionals and acquaintances, as do you. The NetWorkWise way teaches you how to effectively work through each other’s networks to broaden each other’s reach, and improve everyone’s chance of success.
