He is the podcast host of Conversations with Connors and creator of the esteemed NetWorkWise Certification, a credential that validates the accomplishment of being a leader in fostering connectivity.

Adam is a social architect and super-connector who is known for his expansive network and an extraordinary ability to open difficult doors. Throughout his professional experience, Adam recognized a need for both individuals and organizations to learn proper networking techniques and relationship-building strategies that transform lives and accelerate business growth—and NetWorkWise was born.
An entrepreneur at heart, for more than 20 years Adam has been influential in developing companies across various industries, including three executive search firms in multiple verticals and a boutique career consulting business. He has inspired countless management consultants, technology startup executives, and Fortune 500 leaders to unlock higher performance and build successful careers.
Adam has served as Managing Director at Simia Capital, Managing Director at GWG MCA Capital, Inc., and Managing Director at Walker Preston Capital, LLC. He’s highly skilled in multiple industries to include but not limited to Structured Finance, Neurotechnology, Cannabis, Sports & Entertainment, Financial Services, and Real Estate. In addition, Adam owns a boutique residential real estate company and previously held his Real Estate License. He was also a licensed FINRA Registered Rep.
Originally from New York, Adam now resides with his family in Hoboken, New Jersey. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from Quinnipiac College.

Aaron is the CFO and Head of Strategy. He ensures that the steps and actions we take the tie back to our greater vision and make financial sense.

Aaron is a Partner and Managing Director of Eventus Advisory Group. He has served as a fractional CFO of startups and mid-cap firms experiencing rapid change. He is a finance and operations ‘founder enabler’ who has a mix of startup, mid-cap, and larger company experience in various finance, accounting, and leadership roles (e.g., CFO, Director of FP&A, Controller, Head of Business Intelligence).
After graduating from The George Washington University with a BBA, Aaron began his career working at Lehman Brothers, D&B and Moody’s in various finance leadership roles. He also obtained his MBA from The University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.
Prior to joining Eventus, Aaron was the CFO at Gooten and worked at CIT (a premier mid-market finance firm), where he was hired by the CFO to help CIT recover from bankruptcy. He built their Business Intelligence team from scratch, was the Controller for Asia, and was part of an elite finance change team. In addition to his work at Events, he is also the current CFO of SeamlessDocs.
Aaron is a CPA and a CFA charter holder, who guides companies through growing pains, capital raises, M&A, going public, and investor/founder exits.
A father of four, an Eagle Scout, a Scoutmaster and assistant Cubmaster for his sons’ Cub Scout Pack and Boy Scout Troop, Aaron was so moved by the events of 9/11 that he joined the NYPD as an Auxiliary Officer graduating at the top of his class. He’s also a CrossFit addict and amateur kombucha brewer.

As a Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW) and Executive Director at Inspired Resumes, Deidre has worked with many active job seekers to provide effectively-written resumes and goal-oriented career solutions. Her professional advice has been published on The Ladders and other highly-recognized business sites. Prior to this, Deidre was Operations Director of the executive recruiting firm Spire Search Partners and managed the day-to-day administration while working directly with recruiters to gain first-hand knowledge of the many levels involved in the job search process.
Her previous experience includes directing the event management at Magazine Publishers of America (MPA) where she produced award-winning banquets, conferences, and trade shows for magazine industry executives, and also organized business training seminars for the American Management Association (AMA). Deidre holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University at Albany.

Mark Wishnia
Executive Producer
Mark is a media professional with an extensive background in broadcasting. He began hosting a radio show in high school where he booked guests including Darrelle Revis then of the New York Jets and Ryan Callahan, then of the New York Rangers.

He was Student General Manager of ComRadio at Penn State which helped him launch a professional radio career with both producer and on-air roles in Davenport, Iowa, Malone, New York, and Bismarck, North Dakota. Mark was on the ground providing on-site news coverage of the Jerry Sandusky scandal, the Dannemora Prison Escape, and the Dakota Access Pipeline Protests. Mark is originally from Long Island, New York but now lives in Manhattan where he contributes his skills and services to CBS Sports TV, Westwood One Radio, WFAN Radio, and serves as the Executive Producer of Conversations with Connors.
Mark has a degree in Broadcast Journalism from Penn State University. When he’s not in the studio making magic happen for the Conversations with Connors Mark can be found playing Broomball or cooking up an amazing meal for the dinner parties he’s famously known for. Yes, Mark knows how to build and nurture his network!
