Chris Allaire is the Founder and President of Averity.
He began his mission in 2014 with a purpose: to build a company that pioneers a change in the recruiting industry by providing an unparalleled experience to everyone. His vision is to build the best company to work for in NYC!
Chris began a career in technology recruiting and staffing in 1998. He has excelled on a national level in San Francisco, Boston, Los Angeles, and New York. He’s experienced success despite two recessions and now lives his dream of running a company where he LOVES his job!
Chris follows 2 simple philosophies:
1. If it’s not fun, it’s not worth doing
2. Find something you’re good at and do it better than anyone else
He is a proud husband, father to 2 incredible girls, an entrepreneur, cook, decent golfer, guitarist, dog lover, pilot, and a baseball enthusiast. He is passionate about mastering his crafts whatever they may be.
